CIC Seminar on Site Safety Measures for Working in Hot Weather (Online Seminar)

In December 2019, the Committee on Construction Safety of the Construction Industry Council (CIC) issued the Guidelines on Site Safety Measures for Working in Hot Weather (Version 3), which recommended new measures for enhancing working safety under hot weather.

To strengthen the promotion, the CIC organises seminar with speakers from the Labour Department, the Hong Kong Housing Authority, the Occupational Safety and Health Council, the main contractors and safety practitioner to share their experience on the safety measures for working in hot weather. It is hoped that participants would have a better understanding on the safety measures for working in hot weather to strengthen the prevention of heat stroke of workers.
