E-Services 2.0

Starting as from 4th July 2022, all existing E-Services users have to make use of the Levy E-Services 2.0 Platform to submit Levy Forms.

For any queries on the use of the Levy E-Services 2.0 platform, please call the dedicated Helpdesk Support at 3199-7392.

Please note that submission of information over the platform may subject to interruption, transmission blackout, delayed transmission due to internet traffic or incorrect data transmission due to public nature of the internet.  The Council cannot assume responsibility for malfunctions in communication facilities not under its control which may affect the accuracy or timeliness of messages sent.
