GO Green Go Life : ZCP Low Carbon Green Market

To achieve sustainable development, it is crucial to encourage the public to adopt sustainable consumption habits. In order to put the concept of sustainability into practice, CIC-Zero Carbon Park (“Zero Carbon Park”) is hosting the "GO Green GO Life: ZCP Low Carbon Green Market" in May, which aims to integrate sustainable development strategies into every aspect of our daily life, raise environmental awareness and promote the purchase practices of green and low carbon products, particularly those that adhere to environmental principles or reduce the use of plastic packaging.

The green market will bring together various green brands, promoting creative products that are environmentally friendly, organic or made from recycled materials. Zero Carbon Park has invited green social enterprises and non-profit organisations to participate. The event also strives to be a green platform to allow the public to purchase products made from recycled materials or support products from the shops embracing sustainable development, inspiring participants to gain a deeper understanding of the importance of sustainable living.

In addition to the various green brands, the event will also feature diverse green workshops and low-carbon busking performances. These include “ZCP X Appliance Repair Fundamentals Course”, emphasising the concept of repairing instead of purchasing as well as the workshops on air plant decoration and natural mosquito repellents, working together to advocate a natural and environmentally friendly attitude.
