Briefing on the Construction Industry Security of Payment Ordinance

To facilitate a clearer and more uniform understanding of the Construction Industry Security of Payment Ordinance (the Ordinance) and the various requirements of the adjudication proceedings for future Adjudicator Nominating Bodies (ANBs) (in particular the trainers) to train their adjudicators ,the CIC in collaboration with the Development Bureau (DEVB) will organise two briefing sessions on 3 April and 10 April to enhance industry stakeholders’ understanding of the Ordinance on the content and details specifically for organisations interested in applying to become ANBs.
