Worker-Friendly Construction Site

Background

The Construction Industry Council (CIC) has launched the “Worker-Friendly Construction Site” Campaign, aimed at encouraging the construction industry to actively care for workers’ daily operational needs by providing a safe, tidy, clean and friendly working environment to them.

The CIC will proactively conduct site visits and issue recognition certificates of the Campaign to those sites where their facilities align with key recommendations outlined in Reference Materials on Construction Site Facilities for Workers, serving as recognition for the sites’ commitment to workers welfare. Principal contractors are welcome to apply for participation in the Campaign to obtain a certificate, thereby enhancing both corporate reputation and site.
