The low-altitude economy is a vital driver of innovation in construction, harnessing cutting-edge technologies to create safer, faster, and more efficient workflows. We extend our sincere appreciation to Ms. Mable CHAN, Secretary for Transport and Logistics, and Hon Elizabeth QUAT, Founding President of the Greater Bay Area Low Altitude Economy Alliance (LAEA), for their visionary leadership and invaluable insights at the Conference on Low-Altitude Economy in Construction, co-organised by the CIC and the LAEA.

The conference featured insightful opening remarks from our Chairman, Ir Prof. Thomas HO, and concluded with a compelling address by our Executive Director, Ir Albert CHENG, emphasising the significance of embracing low-altitude technologies to propel the construction industry towards greater sustainability and innovation.

Bringing together a diverse ecosystem of stakeholders, including government representatives, industry leaders, academic experts, and technology innovators, the conference explored the transformative potential of low-altitude technologies in advancing construction practices. The engaging discussions and practical insights shared have sparked inspiration and fostered meaningful connections, setting the stage for more efficient, sustainable construction practices.
