Competition Requirements | All participants must personally attend the following pre-competition activities, failure to do so will result in disqualification: 1. Pre-competition Safety Training (Exemption is granted if the participant holds a valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate "Green Card" or CIC Safety Certificate "Blue Card"); 2. Pre-competition Training (Attendance rate must reach 70% or above); and 3. Pre-competition Briefing Session. |

Nomination
| Applicants must have one (but no more than one) nominator or nominatingorganisation. Nominator requirements: Must hold an Intermediate Trade Test/Trade Test Certificateissued by the CIC, or be a Registered Semi-skilled/Skilled Worker (i.e., IntermediateWorker/Skilled Worker) Nominating organisation requirements: Must be a registered specialist tradecontractor, registered subcontractor, chamber of commerce, union, traininginstitution, or direct employer of the applicant. The CIC specially set-up the following awards for the competition and the name of awarded parties will be set out in the promotion materials after the competition. •A “Nomination Award" will be presented to the nominator/nominating party of the top 3 winners / group of each trades. •A "Top Participating Organisation Award" will be presented to the top 3 nominating parties that nominate the most eligible competitors.

Each winner will be awarded with HK$5,000 cash prize, a trophy, a certificate and prizes.
