CIC-Zero Carbon Park "Sustainable· Fashion" Mid-Autumn Green Campaign
To promote sustainable consumption habits continuously, CIC-Zero Carbon Park organises green campaign with the theme of "Sustainable·Fashion" to give a second life to clothing as well as celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival. The campaign encourages everyone to optimise community resources by reducing unnecessary consumption.
Mid-Autumn Green Activity One - CIC-ZCP Upcycling Installation Art
Two meaningful and colourful Mid-Autumn Festival installation arts created from second-hand fashions will be set up at CIC-ZCP to extend the life of used fashions from an artistic perspective and show the infinite possibilities of green creativity. The second-hand clothes were selected by Green Ladies, a social enterprise under St. James' Settlement. We welcome all families and friends come and take photos for this momentous celebration.

Mid-Autumn Green Activity Two - CIC-ZCP x PUMA SWOP SHOP
CIC-ZCP first collaborated with PUMA, one of the world’s leading sports brands, to host non-profit making PUMA SWOP SHOP to exchange the clothing for free. The participants are invited to grant their sportstyle and sportswear garment a second life by donating them while swapping for the same number or value of clothes items or accessories at the activity. Any clothing remaining will be donated to environmental charity for resale or reuse to support circular fashion economy.

Mid-Autumn Green Activity Three- Upcycling Garment Stitching Workshop
Redesign the unused clothes at home into adorable coin purse with cozy and fun knitting technique! During the day following the Mid-Autumn Festival, two upcycling garment stitching workshops will be held to offer fun upcycling experience and reflect on the waste issue of used clothes and fabrics so as to encourage the participants to integrate the concept of sustainability into our daily life.
