Terms of Reference

  1. To advise the Consultative Committee established for Labour Importation Scheme for the Construction Sector (“the Scheme”) on the construction trades eligible for application for the Scheme and their respective median wage levels; and
  2. To provide input to Construction Industry Council (CIC) with regards to its preparatory work for the tasks set out in 1. above, including latest manpower market situation and any relevant latest developments of the industry.
