Terms of Reference

  1. To keep track of smart construction technologies and practices adopted locally in the Mainland and Overseas of relevance to construction industry in High Productivity Construction.
  2. To promote industry collaboration, identify, showcase in support for the adoption of smart construction technologies and practices for total lifecycle management.
  3. To identify solutions for putting smart construction technologies into practice in the industry.
  4. To provide statistics and data analytics in relation to the adoption of smart construction technologies and practices.
  5. To keep in view the degree of adoption of smart construction technologies and identify measures to further drive it.
  6. Co-ordinate, support and promote research and development, prepare guidelines and reference materials to enhance smart construction.
