The kick-off ceremony of the
“ Build Your Life Mentorship
Programme 2014 – 2015” cum first
gathering was held in an evening
in December. The Programme
aims to broaden the vision and
social network of CIC trainees
and enhance their knowledge of
the construction industry in order
to equip them for their future
development after graduation.
A total of 52 trainees of basic craft
courses and 20 mentors took part
in this year’s programme. After the
kick-off ceremony, the mentors and
mentees started to exchange ideas
and contact details. 7 trainees of
construction supervisor / technician
courses and their 5 related mentors
reunited in the evening and shared Mentors and mentees getting into deep conversations
