System Maintenance Notice
As an interim arrangement, suppliers participating in Request for Quotation (RFQ) / Request for Proposal (RFP) exercises with closing dates from 26 October 2026 to 30 October 2026 (both dates inclusive) are required to submit their bids by email to the designated email addresses corresponding to the respective closing date, as set out below:

Unless otherwise notified by CIC, the original bid submission deadline specified in the respective RFQ / RFP remains unchanged.
Suppliers are reminded to:
- submit their bids before the original submission deadline specified in the respective RFQ / RFP;
- ensure that the correct designated email address corresponding to the RFQ / RFP closing date is used; and
- for RFP submissions, submit the Fee Proposal and Technical Proposal separately to their respective designated email addresses.
