The MiC Display Centre is located within the CIC - Zero Carbon Park complex in Kowloon Bay and is the first building constructed using MiC in Hong Kong. The Centre not only functions as a visitor centre and exhibits flats built using MiC, it also demonstrates compliance of each of the modules' specific functions with the relevant Hong Kong building requirements.
The Centre consists of 5 types of show flats, including a hotel unit, hostel unit, elderly home unit, a 1-bedroom residential flat and a 3-bedroom residential flat. Each usage is aimed at a different market. The Centre is designed with an overall high level of spatial quality to form a holistic visitor venue. Through careful selection of materials, the design aims to deliver a high-quality, durable, aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly environment.

The MiC Display Centre is conveniently located within the CIC - Zero Carbon Park at Kowloon Bay and is within walking distance from the MTR station (Exit A). It is also easily accessible via an array of transportation options.

To provide a detailed introduction of various designs and technologies adopted in the MiC Display Centre, visits to the Centre are by guided tours only. We recommend that you make a reservation online in advance of your visit to ensure that your preferred date and time are available.
Our guided tours take about an hour and are available in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Three guided tour sessions are available from Monday to Sunday: 10am, 2pm and 4pm (closed on Wednesdays and Public Holidays).

ZCP x MiC Tour is a guided tour opened to public and groups. The tour is conducted in Cantonese and takes about 1 hour 30 minutes. The tour guides would guide the participants to visit the exhibition centre in the CIC - Zero Carbon Park and the MiC Display Centre.
When Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted before the commencement of a tour, the tour(s) will be cancelled. Visitors can re-schedule the tour online or arrange a refund of the entrance fees after MiC Display Centre is re-opened.
When Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.8 or above is hoisted during MiC Display Centre guided tour, the tour will be suspended. Visitors will be asked to provide their contact information for refund or tour rescheduling purposes before leaving MiC Display Centre.
If the Black Rainstorm Warning is issued before the MiC Display Centre opening hours, MiC Display Centre will be closed and the guided tours will be cancelled until the Warning is lowered.
If the Black Rainstorm Warning is issued while MiC Display Centre is open, the MiC Display Centre will remain open as usual.
If the Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is cancelled during MiC Display Centre opening hours, the MiC Display Centre Guided Tours arrangements are as follows:
