The 2nd Hong Kong Construction Skills Competition and Hong Kong Construction Industry Trade Testing Centre Open Day

Hong Kong Construction Skills Competition (HKCSC) organised by Construction Industry Council (CIC) is a biennial industry’s best competition. The 2nd HKCSC will be organised in the Hong Kong Construction Industry Trade Testing Centre (HKCITTC) together with the HKCITTC Open Day event, so as to push forward the development of the craftsmanship skills of construction practitioners. Exciting activities include competition visits, as well as various trade test seminars and workshop visits. Anyone interested is welcome to join!

Event Remarks

1. Limited seats will be available on a “first-come-first-served” basis for “Trade Test Seminar(s) and Workshop Visit(s)” in-person participation mode, whilst unlimited seats will be available for online participation of Trade Test Seminar(s). Successful registrants shall receive a confirmation notice by email/ SMS/ WhatsApp. Please provide the correct mobile phone number and/or email.

2. In case of Black Rainstorm Warning Signal or Tropical Cyclone Signal No.8 (or above) or Extreme Condition remains or is expected being hoisted at/ after 6am on the event date, the event will be postponed or cancelled. The Construction Industry Council (the “CIC”) will inform all relevant participants regarding the latest arrangement by email/ SMS/ WhatsApp afterwards.

3. The CIC has the right to select the photographs/ videographs taken during the event, whether edited or original, for the purpose of publicity and promotion.

4. Audio/ video recording, photo shooting, downloading, distribution and other forms of documentation are not allowed without the permission of the CIC.

5. The CIC may at its absolute discretion without notice at any time and under any circumstances withdraw or modify the provisions of any goods or services.

1. The information provided by you to the Construction Industry Council (the “CIC”), including any personal data as defined in the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, will be used for purposes related to the activities of the CIC.

2. To keep you informed of CIC activities and industry developments which may be of interest, the CIC would use the provided personal data, including name, phone number and correspondence and email addresses, to update you in relation to training courses, trade testing, registration, events, opinion surveys, job recruitment, achievements and other aspects of its work and the construction industry.

3. You are free to decide whether or not to receive such information. If you choose not to do so, you should put a tick “√” in the box below.

4. You are entitled to request access to and correction of any errors in the personal data. If you wish to do so, you should write to the CIC at 38/F, COS Centre, 56 Tsun Yip Street, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong.

5. The CIC will ensure that all personal data collected during registration process will be handled in compliance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. The CIC will not transfer your personal data to any third parties without your prior consent.
