The event is free of charge. |

The event will be conducted in Cantonese only and no simultaneous interpretation will be provided during the event. |

The registration will be arranged on a “first-come-first-served” basis. Successful registrants shall receive a confirmation by email to the Event. |

In case of a Typhoon No. 8 and/or black rainstorm signal hoisted three hours before the event held, it will be postponed and further arrangement will be notified by email. |

CIC has the right to select the photographs/videographs taken during the event, whether edited or original, for the purpose of publicity and promotion. CIC reserves the right to provide the photographs to other organisations for their use if necessary. |

The CIC may at its absolute discretion without notice at any time and under any circumstances withdraw or modify the provisions of any goods or services. |
