1.	The registration will be based on first-come-first-served. Successful registrants shall receive a reminder email to the Event.
2.	The Event is conducted in Cantonese only and no simultaneous interpretation service is provided
3.	In the event of a Typhoon No. 8 and/or black rainstorm signal hoisted three hours before the Event held, it will be postponed and further arrangement will be notified by email.
4.	The Event may be photographed, filmed and live-streamed. In return for attending and/or participating in the Event, I agree and consent to grant the Construction Industry Council (CIC) the absolute and irrevocable right and permission to use my name and likeness to: reproduce, edit, exhibit, project, display, copyright, publish the moving and/or still pictures and/or videotaped images of me with or without my voice, or in which I may be included in whole or in part, photographed, taped, videotaped and/or recorded and to circulate the same in all forms of the CIC’s projects in all or any media.
5.	In the event of any changes or disputes over arrangements, the CIC’s decision shall be final.
