The information you provide to the CIC, including any personal data as defined in the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (the Ordinance), will be used solely for purposes related to the activities of the CIC.

Terms and Conditions:

1. The information provided on this form is true and correct.
2. The registration will be based on first-come-first-served. Successful registrants shall receive a confirmation by email to the Event.
3. The Event is conducted in Cantonese only and no simultaneous interpretation service is provided.
4. In the event of a Typhoon No. 8 and/or black rainstorm signal hoisted three hours before the Event held, it will be postponed and further arrangement will be notified by email.
5. The Event may be photographed, filmed and live-streamed. In return for attending and/or participating in the Event, the participant agrees and consents to grant the CIC the absolute and irrevocable right and permission to use the participant’s name and likeness to: reproduce, edit, exhibit, project, display, copyright, publish the moving and/or still pictures and/or videotaped images of the participant with or without the participant’s voice, or in which the participant may be included in whole or in part, photographed, taped, videotaped and/or recorded and to circulate the same in all forms of the CIC’s projects in all or any media.
6. The event of any changes or disputes over arrangements, the CIC’s decision shall be final.

To keep you informed of CIC activities and industry developments which may be of interest, the CIC would like to use your personal data, including your name, phone number and email addresses, to update you in relation to training courses, trade testing, registration, events and other aspects of its work and the construction industry.
