- Registered Specialist Trade Contractors or Registered Subcontractors under the Registered Specialist Trade Contractors Scheme;
- Corporate Members of the Construction Industry Sports & Volunteering Programme;
- Having participated in Approved Technical Talents Training Programme or Collaborative / Cooperative Training Schemes;
- Exhibitors/Supporters of BIM Space, CITAC or CIC-ZCP;
- Suppliers/Vendors on the CITF pre-approved list; or
- Having paid the Construction Industry Levy.
