1	The following terms form part of the agreement between the Construction Industry Council (and/or its affiliates) ("CIC") and you, under which the CIC will provide you with particular goods and/or services ("Goods or Services"). Terms and Conditions:

1	The YCC will be conducted in Chinese only. No Simultaneous Interpretation will be provided during the Event.
2	Seats will be arranged on a “first-come-first-served” basis. The CIC reserves the right for final decision. Confirmation email will be sent to the successful registrants in due course.
3	The CIC reserves the rights to make any changes without prior notice.
4	The YCC will be cancelled if the No. 8 typhoon signal or above is hoisted, or the black rainstorm warning signal is hoisted 3 hours prior to the start of the YCC. The CIC will inform the participants by email for further arrangement if necessary.
5	If cancellation is made before 17 June 2021 (Thursday), a nominated replacement is welcome to take your place. Please email your registered name and the information of nominated replacement at [email protected].
