Modernised Facilities and Enhanced Services for Workers
We strive to provide construction workers with better services and endeavour to continue making improvements. In January 2016, the CIC Service Centre (Tsing Yi) was upgraded to a one-stop shop providing a comprehensive and accessible range of services to workers including applications for registration and renewal, enrolments and applications for various training courses and trade tests, graduate trainee recruitment and other services directly related to workers. Three additional service centres are conveniently situated at Nam Cheong MTR station and within walking distance of Kowloon Bay and Sheung Wan MTR stations. The centres at Tsing Yi, Nam Cheong and Kowloon Bay open 7 days a week and operate beyond normal office hours, ensuring excellent customer services.

我們竭力為建造業工友提供更優質的服務 ,並 會持續改善服務質素 。於2016年1月開設的建 造業議會服務中心(青衣)已提升成為一站式服 務點 ,為工友提供便利及全面的服務 ,包括申 請註冊及續證服務 、報讀各類訓練課程及報考 工藝測試 、議會畢業學員招聘以及提供與工友 相關的其他服務 。其他三個服務中心分別位於 南昌港鐵站內及鄰近九龍灣及上環港鐵站的地 點 。其中 ,青衣 、南昌及九龍灣服務中心提供 每星期7天的服務及延長開放時間 ,以確保提 供優質的客戶服務 。

Construction Workers Data Analytics
Three telephone surveys were conducted in 2016 to gauge the employment situation and analyse the manpower supply in the construction industry. The worker registration figures and data analytics have been posted on the CIC website for public reference.
建造業工人數據分析
於2016年進行了三次電話調查 ,以了解建造業 的就業情況及分析人力供應 。工人註冊數字及 數據分析已上載於議會網站供公眾參考 。
